CHAMPIONS AT LAST
It has been a long and painful 3 years of losing Champions League Semi's and the Final and Man Utd winning that final along with each league title. Had to settle for 2 FA Cups. But despite a bad Champions League performance, Chelsea have taken over English football. I thought they threw it all away at White Hart Lane but 3 matches, 17 goals and 3 clean sheets later, Chelsea Have won the Premiership.Watch Chelsea 8-0 Wigan Here

Lets see some of the achievements:
- Record-crushing 103 League Goals in 1 season
- +71 Goal Difference

- Beat Man Utd at Home, and Away, and at Wembley in the Community Shield
- Beat Liverpool at Home and Away

- Scored 7 in 1 match, 3 times in 2010 so far and then 8 in the last match

Using the Create Threads Tool I want to get something as close to the real attire as possible. Since this was HBK's last match it's only appropriate to have this in the game. You can see it being used in the Hot tag tutorial video(Link Above). To do it my way, follow these simple instructions;

- Leave his Wristbands alone
- Select Pants and choose Advanced and set the following color
X: 90 Y: 50
Shade 100

- Choose Pants Design 1, then Black
- Choose Pants Design 2, then Black
- Choose Pants Design 3, then Advanced and set the following color
X: 80 Y: 0
Shade -10
Shade -10
- Leave Boots 1 the way it is
- Choose Boots 2 and then Advanced and set the following color
X: 100 Y:100
Shade 10
It is not possible to make this exactly like the real Attire. This is as close as I can get. Feel free to experiment. It's your game afterall. I've done Mania 26 threads for lots of other superstars in the game and my version of Drew McIntrye. If you would like instructions for those too then be really nice to me because I've plenty of other more fun ways to spend my free time.

My Year of Gaming (Previews/Reviews) 2010
2009 followed a poor year in gaming (2008) for me so expectations overall were quite low. But then came Game Modding and Sims 3(5 Star). I had to buy a new PC just to play Sims 3 but it was worth it. Modding had been around for some time but I had only just discovered it and now my GTA San Andreas and Sims 3 are so much more special. Cities XL(1 Star) however was a complete total and utter disappointment as it has no cheats or modding and it requires the Internet to play(which would be very unpleasant on my PC) and the time I did spend playing it... well, It sucked. They've even had to admit their planet offer that required subscribtion which wasn't free was a complete failure and they've had to discontinue it for that reason. Then came Sims 3 World Adventures(5 Star) and Create a World Tool. WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2010(5 Star) was an enormus improvement in the series and has given the next game in the series huge potiential. Then to close the year I discovered Skate 2. So overall 2009 was an incredible year for me.
2010 however is my BEST year. Here's the games I got throughout 2010

A very good Stuff pack. Some of my favourite objects are in it including the Electric Guitar.
GTA Episodes From Liberty City [16-April-10]{Rockstar} - 5 Star
Finally, Microsoft's contract ran out and EFLC can go home to Playstation where GTA Belongs. Rockstar really let people down by letting X-Box hold it ransom when GTA is originally a Playstion series and was born and made what it is today on Playstation. So on the Friday after I return from Rome I'll be heading back to Liberty City to see Johnny and Luis's story when Niko came to town. No more being the new guy, I get to see what else goes on in LC during Niko's journey. Brilliant concept. Oh and great new weapons, vehicles and a parachute, OMG HE'S GONNA JUMP!
2010 FIFA World Cup [April 30th]{EA Sports) - 3.5 Star
Introduced the great new penalty taking, penalties in FIFA are finally realistic.
Just got the whole Sims 1 Collection - 3.5 Star
Classic, but hard to play now that The Sims 3 is around
Skate 3 [May]{EA(BlackBox)} - 4 Star
Moving to a new town to Create a Team. Object spawning, Advanced Video Editing and lots more. When it comes to Skateboarding games EA have certainly taken over from Activision after the Tony Hawk Series went ridiculous. Activision will probably have to give up.
Classic, Road Rash {EA} - 5 Star
Absolute CLASSIC. I'm normally not a fan of arcade games
SimCity 2000 {Maxis(Now of EA)} - 5 Star
Past it's time but still as much fun
The Sims 3 Ambitions EP [June]{EA} - 3.75 star
Kind of a combo of Sims 2 'Open for Business' and 'Freetime'. Introduces the ability to actually work. You can be a Firefighter, Ghost Hunter and lots more. Watch out for those nasty meteors though.
E3 [Mid-June]
Sims 3 console was announced(again) but they said nothing new and didn't show any gameplay. We saw the trailer for and announcement of a new driver game, gameplay from F1 2010 and previews of FIFA 11. Gameplay footage of Smackdown Vs Raw 2011 was also on display. Despite presence of Rockstar there was no news of a future GTA title and rumor has it that some of Take Two's shareholders have had enough and they're losing money due to the lack of this announcement. Personally I think there's too much rushing and the GTA guys haven't even started on the game yet. This E3 also saw the introduction of a couple of major new things in gaming. There's 3d gaming, and motion censor technology. I think the motion censor crap will ruin gaming if it takes over. 3d should be optional(like HD) and improved.
Just Cause 2 {Square Enix} - 5 star
Great and fun game despite the fact you spend a great deal of time travelling around the ENORMOUS fictional asia-themed region of Panau. Lots of incredible sights and fun to be had, and of course, the grappling hook, which was rightfully voted the best weapon of 2010 and it's main use is to fly around the huge region spectacularly.
Classic Remake; Earthworm Jim HD {Gameloft} - 5 star
Another Classic unforgetable arcade game and is now remade and available on PSN and Xbox Live Arcade
The Sims 3 Fast Lane Stuff SP [Sept 10th]{EA} - 3.5 star
A Stuff pack about cars, interesting......But offers nothing else. Just a few cars, some other stuff but overall makes not much of a difference
Formula 1 2010[Sept 27th]{Codemasters} - 4 star
Formula 1 is back on Video game finally but there's still a bit of work to do. This game is a great but incomplete Formula 1 experience. Hopefully the next game will be epic.
FIFA 11 [Oct 1st]{EA Sports} - 2.5 star due to unreliability and it failing to live up to the hype
Probably..... The best FIFA ever!.... Or so we thought it would be. It promissed so much but failed to deliver in every area. It's got more bugs then the Amazon. But it's still better than Pro Evo and still the go to football game. Just wish I could at least play it without it freezing my PS3.
The Next 3 are all out on the same day (just 2 days before Halloween)

The Sims 3 finally comes to consoles... and disappoints. It's hard to play, has very little creativity and it is obvious that the Sims series has got way too good for consoles to copy
The Sims 3 Late Night EP [Oct 29th]{EA} - 4.5 star
Combo of 'Nightlife', 'Apartment Life' and 'Sims 1 Superstar'
This EP looks unbelievable. I'm not into nightlife, but the Nightlife, fame, new acting/directing career, drumkit, keyboard/piano, hot tub, Brooklyn bridge knockoff and CITY blocks make it the best EP since Sims 2 Seasons. You can also become a Director, Famous musician, Member of a famous band and lots more. Famous sims will get into exclusive clubs. You can also live in a Penthouse in the new Downtown that looks a little like a mini Downtown Manhattan.
WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2011 [Oct 29th]{THQ} - 5 star
With Incredible new TLC Gameplay, a revamped Hell in a Cell, finally not having to build every CAW's attributes and being able to edit some CAW's you download. This is definately the best in the series. Restrictions on Titles and Title matches and poor sound at times kinda spoiled it though.
Dead Rising 2 {Capcom} - 5 Stars and then some
Has to be one of the best and funniest games I've ever played. Great story with multiple endings, the ability to fail any mission and still finish the game and so many funny moments and hilarious ways to kill zombies. A Great zombie game was very much needed and is here at last. If you are a gamer aged 18+, you HAVE to play this game. I just wish the DLC episodes weren't X-box exclusives, GTA 4 all over again. Sick of Exclusives.
Gran Turismo 5 {Sony(Polyphony Digital)} - 1 Star as a game, 4 stars as a simulator
One of the biggest wastes of money ever. I've never seen racing so unbelievably SLOW. This game may be a decent simulation of real life racing but as a game it is an epic fail with bad handling and the pace of a snail. Online service is awful too. forcing you to disconnect to avoid offline stuff lagging and long loading screens.
Need For Speed: World {EA(Black Box/EA Singapore)} - 4 Star
As an MMO game this wouldn't really appeal that much but Returning to Palmont(NFS Carbon) AND Rockport(NFS MW) and seeing Palmont in sunlight was well worth the €0.00 that it costs (Thats right, its free). Another great thing is that the cops don't trouble you unless you provoke them. No more getting chased just for being remembered from your last chase.
Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit {EA(Criterion)} - 5 Star
Need for Speed are back, and this is the best NFS game I've ever played. Playing as a Cop first and then as a Racer, I've found that the balance was perfect. Access to any car(that's been unlocked) makes for a great variety of great racing and intercepting experiences. Seacrest county is an incredibly place to drive in. Rockstar have a lot of work to do to make a Midnight Club game this good. This game is a MUST.
Avatar (The Game) {Ubisoft (Montreal)} - 5 Star as a soldier, 2 Star as an Avatar
Avatar was hailed as one of the best movies ever and this game is probably one of the best Movie based games ever (although they're usually rubbish). Only problem is as an Avatar it is harder to stay alive and you're attacked more. Luckily you can choose which side to be on. But remember, no matter how crazy things get, make sure to enjoy the beauty of Pandora, Day and Night. Warning, Air travel is difficult, especially in the floating mountains.
Now lets rank the list
Looking at all of the above makes me think that 2010 is the best ever year for gaming. Well....For me anyway.

Paranormal Activity

People called it the scariest movie in a long time. I wouldn't say that, but it's worth seeing. It's just like all those horror story's you hear about people being haunted to the point of insanity or possession. It's said to be based on a supposedly true story.
I personally believe a lot of these stories are 75% accurate and some are either fake, hear-say or a lot less than 75%. I'm a fan of Most Haunted on Living TV and I believe it can't ALL be made up and I wanna see it for myself. As a fan I found a lot of events in the movie to be 'I've seen it all before'(TV, Internet etc.), but I still love this movie cause it puts it all into a story, just like some of the story's you hear in real life, and shows that these happenings are a lot more horrifying than you can imagine when reading or hearing about them.
You really do have to see to believe and this movie simulates that very well.
What is it about this movie that is better than others in it's genre?
Well, realism of the story. No impossible special effects stuff like zombies, vampires, grey crippled little girls climbing out of television screens 7 days after you seeing a tape etc., this was realism and horror working together.
It has an alternate ending which is more realistic and doesn't have the girls face turn weird but it's not for anyone with a weak stomach.
I rate it;

Scary to watch - 3.5/5 for me cause I've seen it all before and not much jumps out at you. You see things coming.
Interesting notes(SLIGHT SPOILER);
Almost all actors use their real first names as their character's names.
Just like in real life we never actually get to physically see the ghost(it doesn't show itself).
Just like Rec, Cloverfield and Quarantine the movie is done entirely on the lead characters video camera, a technique that is starting to catch on in horror movies and in my opinion should continue to be used. There's very few characters and actors and just one filmed location. The whole movie is shot in the lead characters house with a lot of scenes shot from the cameras position in the above photo watching what happens in the bedroom in the middle of the night. One can only imagine how little time and money shooting this movie cost.

Welcome to my New Blog Mar 18th 2010
I'm new to Blogspots. I decided to set up this blog as my own personal but not too personal diary of my online activity, gaming and other stuff in my life I'll want to look back on someday. It'll have pictures, videos i make and all sorts of cool and interesting stuff I come accross in gaming, surfing the web and life in general. Plus Twitter only allows you to get things off your chest in 140 characters or less. Kinda annoying.
It'll also connect my YouTube, Bebo, Twitter, TheSims, PlayStation, GTA, MediaFire and real life personas together to help me become the one person I am. I wont be to personal. This is NOT a diary, it's a blog.
Now let me tell you a couple of things. I'm from South Dublin Ireland, I'm Straight-Edge. I'm currently finishing up a Microsoft Office based College course with Biblo, mickchillage and the rest of the class.
